When I walked in, the restaurant is very clean and I can smell the delicoous pho broth. Menu has lots of options to pick from. Different meat and non meat selections. The spring rolls had thick cut pork and shrimps unlike other places. It’s refreshing along with the cream peanut dipping sauce (perfect balance of hoisin and peanut sauce). The shrimp wontons was crispy and delicious. The bún thịt nướng was tasty. The beef was flavorful and the egg rolls adds a crunch of eat bite. The pho broth was clear, bowl filled with meat and my noodles were not over cooked. Served with basil and bean sprouts. The Vietnamese coffee was refreshing and has good balance of condense milk. Staffs were nice. Will definitely come back again

Excellent service, I love the dynamics of how they serve you, they always go to the point and the food is amazing.
Good place for Pho. Usually order the #1 Beef pho. Also, a good place for a rice place (Combo plate #47). Clean. Safe. Good parking. The service is quick and food is always great. Update: 03/18/2023 New Server(s). Took order wrong. Servers needs to verbally repeat order back to guests for confirmation before placing order. We also notice the table next to us also received their order incorrectly. Just a learning phase. Food & service are still great! Note: We noticed the store lable was still on the lemon wedge. Perhaps they didn't have time to clean and/or rinse today (pic attached) ? 08/12/2023: Back for the uMmmteenth time...tonight, we had the #36 (Beef Stew HoFun)Large, Chicken Noodles (Large) & Beef Cubes over rice...and durian smoothie with Boba...we kinda made the restaurant smell like durian, but the overwhelming pho fragrance quickly override the durian smell. All in all, another great visit. Thank you again Pho 1!
Extremely fast serving speed. Good service with good taste, definitely recommend!
